Chaga Latte

Chaga is a brilliant healing mushroom and has been used over centuries for medicinal purposes. Rich beta-glucans: Chaga is fantastic for strengthening the immune system and improving gut health. If you haven't yet tried Chaga, it has a rich, earthy coffee-like flavour, making it a great coffee substitute. Children can also enjoy a cup of Chaga which is amazing for strengthening their immune systems and their growing bodies.

Equipment

  • Sauce pan
  • Mini electric whisk

Materials

  • 1 tsp Chaga powder
  • 1 tbsp Seamoss
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup / date syrup
  • 1 cup Diary free milk

Instructions

  • Heat up the milk in a sauce pan
  • Add the chaga, seamoss, cinnamon and syrup in a mug and pour in hot milk
  • Stir with a mini whisk or electric whisk until it foams.
  • Alternative: Replace milk with water if desired. Enjoy!!
