Berry 'Nice' Cream (VG)

Dessert doesn't always have to be a cheat, you can still enjoy a healthy dessert. This plant-based ice cream is fat-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. Using bananas to replace the cream is a brilliant substitute for a creamy yet sweet texture. Although we have used berries in this recipe you can still be creative and add any other ingredients to suit your tastebuds.

Materials

  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 Fresh banana
  • 1 Cup frozen wild berries
  • 1 Cup fresh raspberries/strawberries
  • 2 tbsp seamoss
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

Instructions

  • Remove the skin from 2 bananas and freeze overnight.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend everything into a smooth consistency.
  • Freeze for two hours or enjoy straight away.
  • Top with fresh fruits.
