You can still experiment with other fruits, like strawberries or try adding some cocoa powder for a delicious chocolate milkshake. Either way you will still fuel your body with essential minerals and provide your body with a natural boost of energy. For an even more refreshing taste use coconut water.

Materials

  • 2 Frozen bananas remove the skin
  • 2 Fresh bananas
  • 1 Ripe mango
  • ½ tsp Vanilla bean pasta or extract
  • 2 tbsp Seamoss
  • ½-1 cup Coconut milk or coconut water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Add half a cup of coconut milk or water
  • If you desire a runnier consistency, add another half of coconut milk or water
    TIP: Seamoss can also be used as a thickener when added to food or beverages.
