Return Process
In order to receive a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via the ‘contact us‘ page or via our email info@seamosshealthylife.com so we can look into the matter and let you know if your refund can be accepted.
If accepted, we will refund you within 48 hours via the same payment method used to make your purchase. Please be aware that your bank can take 3 – 5 working days to process your payment.
Exceptions
If you purchase raw seamoss and change your mind we will only accept it if it has not been opened and is still in its original packaging. The cost of postage will be at the expense of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a defect or damage. We will then refund you on receipt of your returned item. Please contact us within 48 hours to start your returns process.
If you purchase seamoss gel and you change your mind unfortunately we cannot accept a return or refund on a perishable item. However, if there is a defect or the product arrives damaged please contact us to arrange a new product to be shipped to you.
